Est Supha Sangaworawong is a Thai actor managed by GMMTV who studied public relations at Chulalongkorn University's Faculty of Communication Arts, completing his degree with first-class honours after attending Bangkok Christian College and British International School, Phuket. Beginning competitive swimming at age seven, he achieved significant success including eight gold and one silver medal at the 35th National Youth Games in 2019, a bronze medal at the 31st SEA Games in 2022, and participation in the 30th, 31st, and 32nd SEA Games, as well as the 15th FINA World Swimming Championships and 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou at age 22 before retiring from the sport. Beyond his entertainment and athletic careers, Est owns the online fashion brand Middle Riddle and the floral design studio Haus of Bloom.
