"Bas" Hatsanat Piniwat is a Thai-American-Chinese singer and actor born in Bangkok and raised in Chiang Mai, Thailand, whose cousin is actor Chaiyapol Julien Poupart. After attending Montfort College and Chongfah Xinseng Wanish Bamrung bilingual school, he pursued a GED programme and later enrolled in the Faculty of Communication Arts at The University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, having transitioned from a competitive table tennis career where he placed 2nd runner-up nationally as a District 5 representative. He gained prominence with his first leading role in "2Moons" (2017) and subsequently appeared in the Chinese series "Cinderella Chef" (2018), while also debuting as a vocalist in the boy group SBFIVE in February 2018 until its disbandment in 2020. In 2023, he left Star Hunter Entertainment to sign with Studio Wabi Sabi, and in April 2025 he debuted as lead singer of the duo band This City under Wanlove Music with the single "City Lights." Throughout his career, he has received recognition including the Young Star award at the 2017 Kazz Awards, the 7th Anniversary Attitude Rising Star of the Year 2018 award, and the 2018 Kazz Awards New Actor award.
