Guan Xiao Tong is a Beijing-born actor of Manchu descent whose family has deep roots in the entertainment industry, with her father Guan Shao Zeng and grandfather Guan Xue Zeng, founder of Beijing Qinshu, both prominent figures. She gained early recognition at age four for her role in the 2003 film "Nuan" and earned the nickname "Nation's Daughter" in China, being recognized as one of the "Four Dan Actresses of the Post-90s Generation" alongside Zheng Shuang, Zhou Dong Yu, and Yang Zi. In 2016, she was admitted to the Beijing Film Academy after achieving top marks in both the practical and written sections of the Chinese College Entrance Examinations. Her personal life has drawn public attention, including her relationship with "Sweet Combat" co-star Lu Han and a 2022 franchise contract dispute involving her associated milk tea company.
