Jean Kao is a Taiwanese actress and singer originally from Jincheng, Kinmen, Taiwan, who holds a degree from Ming Hsin University of Science and Technology. Before pursuing entertainment, she worked as an engineer at Hsinchu Science Park. In 2015, she established Dachuang Hong, an entertainment company that was rebranded as Dachuang Hong International Co., Ltd. in 2018, the same year she introduced her personal brand, J.GAO.
