Gong Myoung, born Kim Dong Hyun, is a South Korean actor and singer who was a former member of the group 5URPRISE, formed by Fantagio in September 2013 through their "Actor's League" program. He graduated from Topyeong High School and earned an associate's degree in Acting from Dong Seoul University, and is the older brother of NCT member Doyoung. Making his acting debut in 2013 with the web drama "After School: Lucky or Not," he officially debuted as a vocalist with 5URPRISE in November 2014 with their first single album "From My Heart," followed by a Japanese debut in 2015 and a final Japanese release in August 2016 before the group disbanded in March 2020. After completing his mandatory military service from December 14, 2021 to June 13, 2023, he is now represented by Saram Entertainment.
