Armando was a Filipino actor who began his career in the pre-war era, first appearing in the 1936 drama film Ang Birheng Walang Dambana. He continued working with Sampaguita Pictures in 1939 on Walang Tahanan, starring Rosa Aguirre, and later appeared in LVN Pictures' melodramatic film Ikak Pala in 1941. After a five-year hiatus following World War II, he returned to acting in 1947, taking on a villainous role in the Premiere Productions musical film Bakya mo Neneng, which starred Rosa del Rosario and Jose Padilla Jr.
