Kwak Dong Yeon is a South Korean actor and musician born in Daejeon who plays lead guitar in the band Kkokkoma. At age 13, he relocated to Seoul to pursue an artistic career, studying music at FNC Academy and taking acting lessons before graduating from School of Performing Arts Seoul in February 2016. He made his acting debut in 2012 in the television series "My Husband Got a Family," which topped the yearly TV rating chart and earned him the Best Young Actor Award at the 2012 Korea Drama Awards. In December 2018, he won the Actor Award at the 2019 Korea First Brand Awards, and in April 2026, he signed an exclusive contract with THEBLACKLABEL.
