Mek Jirakit Thawornwong is a Bangkok-born actor and musician who graduated from Kasetsart University with a bachelor's degree in communication arts in 2017 and is a member of the rock and metalcore band Saint After Six. After participating unsuccessfully in the seventh and eighth seasons of the reality singing competition "The Star," he signed with GMMTV and began his entertainment career in 2011 as a host of "Bang Music Buffet," followed by a film role as Pete in "Part-Time Lover" in 2014, before announcing his departure from GMMTV on November 15, 2022. His younger sister is actress and singer Mook Worranit.
