Ning Chang is a Taiwanese actress born in Germany who has worked in both Taiwan and China. She studied law at National Taipei University and earned a master's degree in Industrial Economics from National Central University in June 2010. Her acting career began with her debut in the 2003 television series "Love Train," and she has since received recognition including Best Actress at the 10th Taipei Film Festival in 2008, Best Supporting Actress at the 24th Huading Award in 2018, and Best Performance Award at the 10th China TV Drama Awards in 2018.
