Shin Seong Ha, born Lee Byung Hun, is a South Korean singer, dancer, actor, and model who graduated from Korea Arts High School and earned a bachelor's degree in Theater from Daejin University. He debuted in July 2010 as lead rapper, vocalist, and visual of TEEN TOP under the stage name L.Joe, but filed for contract nullification in February 2017 due to restrictions on solo activities, officially leaving the group weeks later. After completing his mandatory military service from March 2021 to September 2022, he transitioned to focus on his acting career and ended his contract with iHQ in November 2025. As of January 2026, he adopted the stage name Shin Seong Ha and is currently unrepresented by any agency.
