Up Poompat Iamsamang is a Thai actor born in Bangkok who earned his bachelor's degree from Chulalongkorn University's Faculty of Communication Arts international programme, where he served as a "Chulakatakorn" drum major and participated in campus theatre, and later obtained a master's degree in international relations and diplomacy from a university in England. Before pursuing entertainment, he gained online recognition through the "Chula Cute Boy" page and subsequently began his acting career with music videos and KA Thailand commercials alongside First Kanaphan Puitrakul. He starred in the 2015 student film "The Gifted" and made his television debut in 2016 on the reality show "Babel 250" as a fill-in for regular Thai member Thanon, though his career reached significant heights following his starring role in the series "Lovely Writer." He intends to pursue a doctorate in political science at Chulalongkorn University.
