Few young Thai performers have experienced a first acting role as transformative as Barcode Tinnasit Isarapongporn.
At 17, he was cast as Porchay in KinnPorsche The Series. The role introduced him to an international audience and placed him at the center of one of the drama’s most emotionally resonant relationships.
Four years later, Barcode’s career has expanded well beyond the character that made him famous.
He has taken on the darker and more demanding role of Non in Dead Friend Forever, reunited with Jeff Satur for new projects, joined GMMTV, begun a new on-screen partnership with Kin Thanachai and debuted as a member of the T-pop group CLO’VER.
As Barcode celebrates his 22nd birthday, his career is entering its most varied chapter yet—one that balances acting, music and live performance without limiting him to any single role or medium.
An Early Introduction to Entertainment
Barcode’s first encounter with entertainment came years before his television debut.
As a child, he sometimes accompanied his older sister to singing lessons and work engagements. During one of those visits, he was approached about appearing in a milk commercial.
The experience gave him an early glimpse of working in front of a camera, but he did not immediately pursue acting as a career. For several years, his focus remained on school.
Music eventually led him back.
Barcode began practicing singing and guitar during his school years. A video of him performing was later shared online by his sister’s vocal teacher, helping create the opportunity that led to his audition for KinnPorsche.
His path was therefore less that of a career child actor and more that of a young performer whose early exposure to cameras, music and live performance gradually converged.
Becoming Porchay in KinnPorsche
In 2022, Barcode made his television acting debut as Porchay Kittisawasd in KinnPorsche The Series.
Porchay brought warmth and vulnerability to a drama otherwise dominated by mafia families, violence and dangerous power struggles. As Porsche’s younger brother, he represented the more ordinary life Porsche was trying to protect.
His growing relationship with Kim, played by Jeff Satur, became one of the series’ most affecting storylines.
Barcode portrayed Porchay’s admiration, uncertainty and heartbreak with an understated sincerity that contrasted with the larger personalities surrounding him. Rather than relying on dramatic speeches, he communicated much of the character’s emotional journey through smaller expressions and moments of hesitation.
That natural quality helped Porchay connect with viewers. It also made Barcode and Jeff one of the most popular pairings to emerge from the series.
For many international fans, KinnPorsche was their first introduction to both Barcode and the rapidly expanding Thai BL industry.
Learning to Perform on a Larger Stage
The impact of KinnPorsche extended far beyond the series itself.
Barcode joined the cast for concerts, fan meetings and international stops connected to the KinnPorsche world tour. Those events required him to move between acting, singing, choreography and direct interaction with large audiences.
His partnership with Jeff continued through live performances and promotional appearances, giving fans opportunities to see their chemistry outside the characters of Kim and Porchay.
This period became an important bridge in Barcode’s development. He entered KinnPorsche as a first-time television actor but emerged with experience performing in arenas and meeting audiences across multiple countries.
It also allowed him to begin developing music as a serious part of his career.
Proving His Range in Dead Friend Forever
Barcode’s next major acting challenge moved him into considerably darker territory.
In Dead Friend Forever – DFF, he played Non, a teenager whose experiences with bullying, isolation, manipulation and trauma form the emotional center of the series.
The role required a very different performance from Porchay.
Where Porchay’s story was shaped by first love and disappointment, Non’s journey demanded escalating fear, desperation and psychological distress. Barcode had to portray a character gradually being pushed beyond his limits while revealing the events behind the series’ central mystery.
The nonlinear structure of DFF also meant that audiences initially encountered Non through other characters’ memories and accusations. Barcode’s performance helped complicate those perspectives, turning someone discussed as a source of conflict into one of the story’s most tragic figures.
For viewers who knew him primarily through KinnPorsche, the series demonstrated that he could carry much heavier material. It established him as an actor willing to move beyond gentle coming-of-age roles and take on emotionally difficult characters.
Barcode also performed “No More Dream” for the soundtrack, connecting the pain of Non’s story with the musical side of his career.
Returning to the Screen With Jeff Satur
Barcode’s connection with Jeff Satur did not end with KinnPorsche. The actors reunited for two very different projects: Wuju Bakery and Happy Ending.
Wuju Bakery
The Thai–Korean production Wuju Bakery places Barcode in the lead role of Wuju, a young bakery owner whose plans are disrupted when a spacecraft crashes into his business.
Jeff plays Raon, an alien prince stranded on Earth. The science-fiction romance combines the familiarity of their established chemistry with a much lighter and more fantastical setting than KinnPorsche.
After a lengthy delay, the eight-episode series began streaming through FOD in Japan in July 2026. Its arrival was especially significant for fans who had waited several years to see Barcode and Jeff lead another project together.
Although it has now reached viewers in Japan, wider international distribution remains one of the outstanding questions surrounding the series.
Happy Ending
Barcode is also set to appear as Anawin in Happy Ending, the first original series from Jeff’s Studio on Saturn.
The fantasy-horror project follows Damon, a villain from a fictional novel who escapes into the real world and encounters Anawin, one of the book’s readers. Jeff created and co-wrote the series in addition to playing Damon, while Barcode’s character becomes caught in the increasingly dangerous boundary between fiction and reality.
The project promises another major departure for Barcode. Unlike the youthful romance of Wuju Bakery, Happy Ending places him in a darker, more surreal story involving obsession and psychological danger.
The series has been discussed as a 2026 release, but a confirmed premiere date has not yet been announced.
Together, Wuju Bakery and Happy Ending extend Barcode and Jeff’s screen partnership beyond Kim and Porchay. More importantly, they give Barcode two contrasting roles: the central figure in a light science-fiction romance and a reader drawn into a disturbing fictional world.
Joining GMMTV and Expanding His Acting Career
Barcode officially joined GMMTV in December 2024, beginning a new phase of his career under one of Thailand’s most prominent entertainment companies.
He arrived with international recognition, experience in two very different hit series and an established following. Joining GMMTV was therefore not a new beginning so much as an opportunity to broaden the career he had already built.
One of his first released acting projects following the move was Revamp: The Undead Story, in which he appeared as Ciar. The supernatural drama added another fantasy role to a résumé increasingly defined by shifts in tone and genre.
His GMMTV chapter also created room for a new romantic pairing—one that could introduce Barcode to audiences beyond his longstanding association with Jeff Satur.
A New Partnership With Kin Thanachai
GMMTV began positioning Barcode alongside Kin Thanachai Sakchaicharoenkul, a singer and actor who joined the company in 2025.
Like Barcode, Kin entered the pairing with experience in both music and acting. Before joining GMMTV, he developed as a solo singer and appeared as the lead in The Hidden Moon.
The two are being promoted as BarcodeKin, giving Barcode his first major new on-screen partnership since the beginning of his career.
Rather than attempting to recreate Kim and Porchay, the pairing opens a different chapter. Barcode and Kin are closer in age, share musical backgrounds and are beginning their GMMTV journeys at approximately the same time.
Their first announced projects together also give the pairing two different functions: a supporting storyline within a larger ensemble and a series in which they lead the central romance.
You Maniac
Barcode and Kin appear together in You Maniac, led by William Jakrapatr and Est Supha.
The romantic comedy follows characters who knowingly enter relationships while carrying their own emotional warning signs. Barcode and Kin form a secondary pairing within the ensemble, allowing viewers to become familiar with their chemistry before their first series as co-leads.
The project began filming in 2026 and remains pending release.
Kiss Me, Remember?
Barcode and Kin take the leading roles in Kiss Me, Remember?, one of the BL series announced as part of GMMTV’s 2026 lineup.
Barcode plays Pas, a young man who loses his memory following a near-death incident. Kin plays Kit, the person who saves him through mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.
Pas later discovers that kissing Kit can bring fragments of his memory back. What begins as an unusual attempt to recover his past gradually develops into a romantic relationship, with the mystery of Pas’s missing memories driving the story forward.
The project represents an important milestone for Barcode: his first GMMTV series as the central romantic lead and the first production built primarily around the Barcode–Kin partnership.
It also offers a different kind of character from his earlier work. Porchay was defined by unreturned affection, while Non was trapped inside an increasingly tragic situation. Pas places Barcode at the center of a mystery-romance in which his character actively pursues both the truth and a new relationship.
Production was underway by mid-2026, with the series still awaiting its premiere at the time of publication.
Music as a Parallel Career
Acting introduced Barcode to international audiences, but music has accompanied every major stage of his development.
He made his first professional release with “This Song Is Called You,” part of the KinnPorsche soundtrack. The song connected naturally with Porchay’s identity as an aspiring musician while introducing Barcode’s voice outside his dialogue scenes.
He continued gaining live experience through the KinnPorsche concerts and later performed “No More Dream” for Dead Friend Forever.
By 2024, Barcode was releasing solo music under the name TINNASIT. Songs including “No Right,” “Move Your Body” and “Only Christmas” gave him an identity beyond television soundtracks.
After joining GMMTV, he performed “Lesson One” for the Boys in Love soundtrack, maintaining the connection between his acting and music careers.
These releases chart a gradual progression: from singing as part of his breakout series, to performing on large concert stages, to releasing independent pop music and recording under GMMTV.
Debuting With CLO’VER
Barcode’s music career entered another phase when he became a member of CLO’VER, a four-member T-pop group managed through GMMTV’s RISER MUSIC label.
Alongside Keen Suvijak, Ashi Peerakan and Aungpao Ochiris, he debuted with “Next To You” in November 2025.
The group later continued its bright, youthful pop direction through releases including “Bad Boy No ‘DO’” and “Lonely Girl.”
CLO’VER requires Barcode to work within a group rather than as a solo vocalist. The format brings new demands: synchronized choreography, shared vocal arrangements, coordinated promotions and the development of a collective identity.
It also connects back to the musical interests that helped him enter the industry in the first place.
Crucially, joining CLO’VER has not replaced acting as the center of Barcode’s career. His growing list of screen projects indicates that GMMTV is developing both sides simultaneously: the recording and performance opportunities of a T-pop group alongside leading and supporting roles in new series.
What Comes Next
At a young age, Barcode has already moved through several distinct phases.
He went from a student practicing guitar to a first-time actor in an international hit. He followed the gentle vulnerability of Porchay with the psychological intensity of Non, then moved into supernatural, science-fiction and romantic projects.
His work with Jeff Satur remains an important part of that journey. Wuju Bakery and Happy Ending allow the two performers to build on their established connection while leaving the world of KinnPorsche behind.
At the same time, joining GMMTV has opened an entirely new direction. His partnership with Kin Thanachai gives Barcode the chance to build fresh chemistry and lead a new romantic story through Kiss Me, Remember?, while You Maniac introduces the pairing within a wider ensemble.
Alongside those acting projects, his solo releases and work with CLO’VER continue to develop his musical identity.
Barcode’s career is therefore not a transition from acting into music or from one screen partner to another. It is an expansion—one that gives him more characters to explore, more stages on which to perform and more ways to grow.
