Billkin Entertainment says it is preparing to take legal action following an alleged invasion of Billkin Putthipong’s privacy and the circulation of false personal information about the artist.
In an official statement released on August 14, the company said a group of individuals had followed Billkin’s vehicle to private locations during his personal time, outside official schedules and events. Billkin Entertainment described the alleged behavior as a direct threat to his safety.
The company also accused the same group of spreading false personal information that has damaged Billkin’s reputation and affected other individuals. The statement did not identify those involved or specify what information had allegedly been circulated.
Billkin Entertainment said it is currently collecting information and evidence in preparation for “full legal action” against those responsible.
The company asked the public to respect Billkin’s privacy, refrain from following him outside official activities and stop spreading false information. Anyone possessing relevant information or evidence was invited to contact the company through billkin.protect@gmail.com.
The statement concluded by thanking fans who have already provided information and expressed their support for Billkin.
