GMMTV is moving its official merchandise shop out of its longtime 30th-floor location at GMM Grammy Place and into the newly opened GEMM HOUSE space on the building’s second floor.
According to GMMTV’s August 19 announcement, the final day of operation for GMMTV SHOP on the 30th floor will be August 24, 2026, with service available until 7:00 p.m.
The new GMMTV SHOP @ GEMM HOUSE will open on the second floor beginning August 25.
From August 25 through August 28, the shop will operate from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Beginning August 29, regular hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily.
Customers will still need to exchange a national ID card or passport for a visitor card at the information counter in the lobby, where they will also receive a queue number before being directed upstairs.
GMMTV also said its GASHA machines will move to the lobby beginning August 25 and will operate daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

A more sensible home for the GMMTV Shop
Beyond making the merchandise shop part of the new GEMM HOUSE fan space, the move also addresses one of the more unusual aspects of visiting GMMTV over the years.
Until now, customers visiting an official retail destination had to travel all the way to the 30th floor of GMM Grammy Place — the same floor closely associated with GMMTV’s offices and day-to-day operations.
That meant a routine trip to buy merchandise could occasionally put fans in the same elevators, hallways or waiting areas as GMMTV artists and staff simply trying to move through their workplace.
For fans, an unexpected encounter could obviously be exciting. For the artists involved, however, there is an important difference between meeting fans at an event or designated public space and unexpectedly encountering visitors while going to work.
Moving the shop to the second floor creates a much more natural division between those spaces.
GMMTV has not said that artist privacy or security concerns motivated the relocation, so it would be inappropriate to present the change as a direct response to those issues. Still, from a visitor-management standpoint, placing a heavily trafficked fan destination much closer to the building entrance feels long overdue.
It also makes increasingly good sense as GMMTV’s international audience continues to grow and a visit to GMM Grammy Place has become a common stop for overseas fans traveling to Bangkok.
GMMTV SHOP joins GEMM HOUSE
The relocation coincides with the official opening of GEMM HOUSE, GMMTV’s new second-floor space at GMM Grammy Place, on August 25.
GMMTV has previously described GEMM HOUSE as a new destination centered around food, activities and the company’s fan community.
Even with the shop moving into the same area, GMMTV says the two spaces will maintain separate entrances and queues. Customers visiting the merchandise shop will not be permitted to access the GEMM HOUSE café area through the shop itself.
For visitors, that should ultimately make GMM Grammy Place easier to navigate while giving GMMTV a more clearly defined public-facing destination — without requiring every fan looking for a photocard or piece of merchandise to ride an elevator to the company’s 30th-floor workspace.
