GMMTV has officially announced significant changes to its upcoming 2026 lineup, confirming that The Spooky Love Tale will move forward with a new lead pairing while Perth Tanapon Sukumpantanasan and Santa Pongsapak Udompoch transition to the previously announced BL series Heartbound.
According to an official statement released by the company, Mark Pakin Kuna-anuwit and Ohm Thipakorn Thitathan will now lead The Spooky Love Tale, replacing the originally announced pairing of Perth and Santa.
The company said the changes were made following discussions between the production teams, cast members, and all relevant parties, resulting in a mutual agreement to revise the casting and production plans.
The Spooky Love Tale Gets New Leads
Originally announced with Perth Tanapon and Santa Pongsapak as its central pairing, The Spooky Love Tale will now star Mark Pakin and Ohm Thipakorn. No additional story or production changes were announced beyond the lead recast.
PerthSanta Officially Lead Heartbound
Rather than leaving GMMTV's 2026 lineup, Perth Tanapon and Santa Pongsapak will instead headline Heartbound. The series has already been introduced with an official teaser and follows Aiyara Singhamekha, whose life becomes entangled with powerful businessman Kant De Castro after an unexpected encounter. As rivalry gives way to growing attraction, the two men are drawn into a dangerous game where pride, fear, and desire become impossible to ignore.
Additional Casting Change for Love's Echoes
The announcement also included another production update. For Love's Echoes, Jaoying Krongkwan Nakornthap will replace June Wanwimol Jaenasavamethee as the series' lead actress.
