On August 17, the program’s official account shared a teaser featuring eight unidentified figures seated in its signature red coaches’ chairs. Although none of their names were disclosed, the figure positioned at the top of the image immediately drew attention for his resemblance to Jeff.
“Guess who’s taking the eight coaches’ chairs?” the program wrote, promising to reveal the lineup during The Voice TRUEgether event on September 2 at Sphere Gallery 1 inside Bangkok’s Emsphere.
The announcement includes hashtags for both The Voice Thailand 2026 and The Voice Teens, leaving it unclear how the eight mystery coaches will be divided between the two programs.
If Jeff is confirmed, the appointment would connect directly to the beginning of his music career. In a 2022 interview with _Sudsapda_, Jeff recalled competing on Master Key before participating in The Voice. His involvement in the audition process led to an encounter with a scout from RS Group and the opportunity to become a trainee.
Jeff eventually debuted in 2013 and spent nearly a decade navigating different labels and musical identities before achieving wider recognition. His international breakthrough came in 2022 through his role as Kim in the BL series KinnPorsche and “Why Don’t You Stay,” the soundtrack song he wrote and performed for the series.
He has since established himself as a solo artist, songwriter, producer and mentor. Taking one of the program’s iconic red chairs would therefore be both a natural progression and a meaningful return to where his journey began.
Jeff has not yet been formally announced as a coach. The complete lineup is expected to be revealed on September 2.
