Junior Panachai Sriariyarungruang spoke candidly about exhaustion and burnout during an emotional speech at the JUNIOR MARK SunnyMoon CONCERT, telling fans that he has been struggling with the intensity of his workload and needs more time to rest before beginning his next filming project.

The three-day concert, featuring Junior alongside longtime screen partner Mark Jiruntanin Trairattanayon, was held from August 7–9 at BITEC Live in Bangkok. The event marked a major milestone for JuniorMark, with the pair taking the stage for a large-scale concert built around performances and concepts prepared especially for their fans.

During the final portion of the concert, Junior became visibly emotional while reflecting on what creating SunnyMoon had meant to him.

According to fan translations of his remarks circulating after the event, Junior said he had repeatedly found himself wondering how much longer he could continue working at his current pace. He described putting an enormous amount of himself into the concert and recalled returning home from rehearsals so exhausted that the intensity of the experience frightened him.

Junior then spoke more explicitly about burnout.

He said that lately he had felt "quite severely burned out from working," explaining that after roughly a decade of continuously drawing from his own creative energy, he felt as though he had depleted the resources within himself and had not had enough time to seek out new sources of inspiration.

At the same time, Junior credited SunnyMoon with helping restore some of that motivation. He told the audience that without the concert, he did not think he would have experienced the feeling of waking up and wanting to create something again.

Junior asks for time before returning to filming

One of the most notable moments came near the end of Junior's speech as he thanked GMMTV and members of the team behind the concert.

Addressing GMMTV CEO Sataporn "Tha" Panichraksapong, Junior asked that production on his upcoming work not begin too quickly.

"Please don't rush to start filming yet."

Junior initially appeared to make the request playfully before clarifying that, despite joking about it, he was serious about needing additional time.

The comment comes as Junior and Mark are preparing for another series together. However, neither Junior nor GMMTV has announced an official production delay, and his comments during the concert should not be interpreted as confirmation that filming has been postponed.

Instead, Junior's remarks offered a candid acknowledgment that he needs time to recover following an intense period of work.

An emotional end to SunnyMoon

Junior also repeatedly thanked the staff responsible for bringing SunnyMoon to the stage. He acknowledged that he had been particularly demanding about realizing his vision for the concert and expressed gratitude to the team for accommodating his requests and working hard for both him and Mark.

He also thanked fans for continuing to support the pair through both their happiest and most difficult moments.

Despite discussing his exhaustion, Junior's speech ultimately looked toward the future. He promised fans that he would continue improving himself and putting his heart into his work so that their continued support would be worthwhile.

The remarks brought an emotional conclusion to an especially significant weekend for Junior and Mark, with SunnyMoon running for three performances from August 7 through August 9 at BITEC Live.

For Junior, the closing speech also offered fans a rare look beyond the performances themselves. His comments made clear both how much SunnyMoon meant to him creatively and how significantly the pace of his work has affected him.

For now, GMMTV has not announced any changes to Junior's upcoming schedule or production plans.
