The cast of Roommate Chaos is officially getting into the script.
The upcoming GMMTV BL has begun script readings, with the series' official account sharing photos of the cast gathered around scripts and tablets on August 20. “Our dorm residents have started reading the script,” the account wrote, asking fans to send their support and stay tuned for what comes next.
The update brings together the show's three central pairings: Mark Pakin and Ohm Thipakorn, Surf Patchara and Java Bhobdhama, and Save Saisawat and Franc Naruth. A group photo shared alongside the reading also offered a look at the wider team involved as preparations continue.
Roommate Chaos was introduced as part of GMMTV's 2026 lineup and adapts three connected novels by JittiRain. Set around university dorm life, the story follows three sets of roommates whose very different personalities — and increasingly complicated feelings — turn living together into something more.
The original pilot previews three different roommate dynamics: Thia and strict dorm supervisor Pao, played by Ohm and Mark; aspiring actors Vaja and Prat, played by Java and Surf; and opposite-schedule roommates Monthol and Sol, played by Save and Franc.
GMMTV has not yet announced a premiere date for Roommate Chaos. For now, the start of script readings marks another visible step forward for the project as the cast and production team prepare to bring the dorm's three interconnected romances to screen.
