Mandee Work has shared a new update regarding Tutor Koraphat’s recovery from a left knee injury.
According to the company’s August 11 statement, Tutor underwent surgery on August 8 after a specialist diagnosed a complete tear of the anterior cruciate ligament, or ACL, in his left knee. During the procedure, doctors also discovered a torn meniscus, which was repaired and sutured as part of the same operation.
The additional injury means Tutor’s recovery is expected to take longer and involve greater limitations on his movement than initially anticipated. During the first stage of rehabilitation, he will need to wear a knee brace, use crutches and avoid putting weight on his left leg until cleared by his physical therapy team. He will also continue undergoing physical therapy according to his treatment plan.
Mandee Work said Tutor’s existing schedule currently remains in place, although the format or nature of individual activities may be adjusted depending on his condition and the recommendations of his doctors.
The company thanked fans for their concern, understanding and continued support for Tutor during his recovery.
