The official trailer for You Maniac generated approximately 16.7 million combined views across GMMTV’s official social platforms in under 24 hours, setting a new first-day record for a GMMTV series trailer.

BL Atlas verified the public counters on GMMTV’s official uploads between 4:24 and 4:29 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time on August 14—approximately 23 and a half hours after the trailer was released.

Together, the displayed figures total approximately 16.7 million combined views—about 2.5 million more than GMMTV’s previous first-day benchmark, with roughly 30 minutes still remaining in the trailer’s opening 24-hour window.

That earlier record belonged to Peach and Me. GMMTV officially reported in June that its trailer had received more than 14.2 million combined views across the company’s online channels following its first day of release.

The new total should not be interpreted as 16.7 million unique viewers. X displays views of the post itself, while the other platforms display video plays, and repeated views may be counted. Several platforms also round their public counters. However, the comparison follows the same combined-channel approach GMMTV has used when announcing previous trailer milestones.

You Maniac reunites William Jakrapatr and Est Supha as leading actors following ThamePo: Heart That Skips a Beat. The new series follows Dean and Moth, two contrasting “red flags” whose complicated arrangement begins developing into genuine feelings.

The series premieres August 29 and will air Saturdays at 8:30 p.m. on GMM25, followed by streaming on oneD at 9:30 p.m. The official trailer is available through GMMTV’s YouTube channel.
