Synopsis

For Nile, adulthood is supposed to begin with something tangible he can call his own. Despite lacking wealth or family privilege, his determination and careful financial planning—bolstered by proceeds from his deceased father's insurance policy—allow him to accomplish what seems miraculous: he acquires a modest house at an astonishingly favorable price, aided by the seller's surprising generosity. Yet this seemingly fortunate transaction conceals unexpected complications.
