GMMTV has revealed the full rules and reservation system for GEMM HOUSE, its new fan-focused space at GMM Grammy Place, ahead of its opening on August 25, 2026.
According to the rules published by GEMM HOUSE, the second-floor destination will initially operate by advance reservation only, with walk-in customers not yet accepted during the launch period.
Reservations will open through the GEMM HOUSE website beginning Friday, August 21 at 2:00 p.m.
From August 25 through August 28, GEMM HOUSE will operate from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Beginning August 29, it will open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The opening also coincides with the relocation of GMMTV's official merchandise store. As BL Atlas previously reported, GMMTV SHOP is moving from its longtime 30th-floor location at GMM Grammy Place to the second floor alongside GEMM HOUSE.
Reservations cost ฿100 per person
Customers can reserve up to 30 days in advance, with each booking accommodating a maximum of four people.
GEMM HOUSE will charge a ฿100 reservation fee per person, but the fee can be applied as a discount toward food and beverages purchased during the reserved session.
Each reservation provides access for 90 minutes.
The person who made the reservation must arrive and verify their identity within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. The name used for the booking must match the reservation holder's national ID card or passport.
Reservations cannot be transferred or renamed, and GEMM HOUSE specifically prohibits reselling reservation entitlements or using them for commercial gain.
Late arrivals, no-shows and cancellations may result in the reservation fee being forfeited.
Seating will be assigned
Unlike a conventional café where customers can choose where to sit, GEMM HOUSE says seating will be assigned by staff according to group size and available space.
Customers cannot select a specific table, zone or seating location, and visitors are asked not to move tables or chairs themselves.
The 90-minute service period begins when customers receive the QR code used for ordering food and beverages.
Food and beverage orders can be placed until 20 minutes before the end of the session, and placing an additional order does not extend the allotted time.
Every person using the café area is also required to order at least one food or beverage item, excluding bottled water.
Photos are allowed, with limits
Photography and video recording for personal use are permitted, provided they do not disrupt store operations or interfere with the privacy of other customers.
Commercial photography, commercial video recording and live streaming are not permitted without prior authorization from GEMM HOUSE.
Visitors may use only mobile phone cameras or personal cameras. Tripods, studio lighting and external flashes are prohibited.
The rules allow fans to document their visit while placing clear limits on activities that could disrupt the space or other customers.
GEMM HOUSE and GMMTV SHOP will remain separate
Although the new GMMTV SHOP will occupy the same second floor, the café and merchandise store will maintain separate access procedures.
Fans visiting only GMMTV SHOP must first exchange a national ID card or passport for a visitor card at the GMM Grammy Place lobby and receive a queue number. They will then wait in the lobby until staff notify them when they can take the elevator to the shop.
Those customers cannot enter the GEMM HOUSE café area through the merchandise store.
GEMM HOUSE customers, however, will be able to shop at GMMTV SHOP during their café session or after their 90-minute period has ended by notifying staff at the merchandise-side cashier.
Once the café period ends, customers must leave their table even if they intend to continue shopping. Visiting GMMTV SHOP does not extend the 90-minute café session, and customers will not be permitted to return to their café seats afterward.
The ฿100 reservation fee also cannot be used as a discount toward merchandise purchases.
Together with the shop relocation, the setup creates a more deliberately managed fan-facing area on the lower floors of GMM Grammy Place, while keeping merchandise shoppers and café customers in separate queues and access flows.
Other GEMM HOUSE rules
Outside food and beverages are prohibited, as are pets, smoking and electronic cigarettes.
Wheeled suitcases and other large items are also not permitted inside, and GEMM HOUSE notes that there is no luggage storage facility available.
Visitors are expected to keep noise at an appropriate level, avoid obstructing walkways and respect the privacy and experience of other customers.
GEMM HOUSE also reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for customers who harass staff or other visitors, cause disruptions, create safety risks or repeatedly violate the rules after receiving instructions or warnings.
For visitors arriving by car, combined same-day purchases of at least ฿300 from GEMM HOUSE food and beverages and/or GMMTV SHOP merchandise can be used to validate parking for two hours of free parking at GMM Grammy Place.
With reservations, timed sessions and separate access systems in place from day one, GEMM HOUSE is opening as a more structured fan destination than a typical walk-in café.
For international fans adding GMM Grammy Place to a Bangkok itinerary, the most important takeaway is simple: do not assume you will be able to walk in. At least during the initial opening period, booking ahead will be required.
