Synopsis
In the aftermath of the 2011 Tohoku disaster, a morgue facility in Kamaishi, Iwate Prefecture becomes a place of reverence where workers handle the deceased with compassion while reuniting them with grieving families. A former funeral director volunteers to aid in this solemn work.
